REPRESENTING ME
First project for design studio, which is to introduce yourself through a slightly different way, a more artistic way. After few exercises, I'm able to display my characteristics through my art piece, translate my story through the materials used, the way it's built and the colour to express my feelings. It's really fun to icebreaking in this way as you can more contact and interaction with fellow classmates, really like it!

BODY IN SPACE
A most interesting project throughout the year. I'm able to work with my new friends and designed a space not only for ourself but for all. During the making of our space, we explored quite a lot of way to express our feelings , or even our story. Not to mention I have no idea what space and forms are before this. I could understand the relationship between human body and forms better thanks to this project and our really kind tutor. In addition , space and forms are not the only thing I learned . I learned to be more considering and concern of others' feelings when giving my own opinions and ideas. I really do enjoy throughout this project.
SPACE FOR THE SELF- MY CITY DREAM SPACE
Finally an oppurtunity for me to develop/design a very unique space for myself. At the beginning, we are asked to form a group of 5 in response to the movie chosen and then choose a site from the movie for our spaces. We made a site model that can perfectly bring out the accent of the movie. Then, we start to generate ideas for our spaces that can best express the narrative based on the character we created. Throughtout the tutorial classes, we consistanty refine our design, drawings and also models until the final presentation is over. Even though the whole process is real tiring but it's fun.
I realised I had improved much in term of producing a design that has spatial qualities, drawing technique and also modelling skill. I'm able to abstract the main ideas from my space and present it in a more remarkable way. In addition, I understand how does the design principles, scale and propotion can affect the relationship between human body and designed space. Last but not least, I gained a lot of knowledges about how to demonstrate a presentation that can captive the heart of audience.
