In this project , we have to formed a group of 5 to study the building materials that is being used in the current construction practice. For our group, we chose a bungalow located in Paya Emas, Melaka.

At the end of project, we are able to identify all of the materials used in that bungalow and understand their physical and chemical properties. We become skilled in analysis of buiding materials, and so we can tell how do the materials reflect the concept of that space/building, and most importantly its effect on that bungalow  in respect to the aesthetics and structural qualities. We are trained to produce a proper documentation on the analysed building materials. In general, we learned tons of new thing rather than only identification of materials.
